Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Technical Issues: If a contest loss occurs due to technical issues, refunds will be provided after investigation. Only the entry fee will be refunded, not the estimated winning amount. Users must provide valid evidence and payment details for the refund process.
  • Service Disruption: No refunds will be provided for games canceled due to service disruptions caused by external factors like outages, viruses, or natural disasters.
  • Failed Account Validation: Ludo Passion may validate user information. If validation fails or contact attempts are unsuccessful, the account will be suspended, and the balance refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation of Promotions: Offers, bonuses, and tournaments may be canceled at any time without notice. Refunds will only apply to entry fees where applicable.
